Putting 1/2 teaspoon of it in warm water and taken three to four times a day is said to cure arthritis completely. Bananas are a fruit that helps to grease the joints and prevent them from swelling. Apple cider vinegar has a plethora of uses and arthritic pain is one of its claims. It does not take much, perhaps a tablespoon a day and you will feel relief in less than a week of using it.
Many other natural joint pain relief remedies say that you should reduce pork and beef in the diet. Also milk products other than plain yogurt with live cultures in it. None of these remedies have side effects and some or all may work for you so you can live pain free.
