The worst kind of acne

We all could think that acne on the face is one of the most horrible problems you could possibly face. The truth is that beyond bad acne photos from our adolescence and from high school that there is a more excruciating and annoying problem with acne yet. This is chest acne and it is horrible. Imagine for those who have chest acne that you have not only terrible pain and itching but you can never reveal a bust line and you have to wear high lined shirts or tee shirts if your a woman and if you are a man you would be embarrassed to remove your shirt. Not only is it just the way it feels, it also looks unattractive and leaves nasty looking scars on the chest. Another horrible feature is that it never seems to go away. It is really hard not to squeeze and pop all those zits and the blackheads that appear look like dirt or give someone a filthy appearance. Truth is that this acne is difficult to get rid of because often times the chest area is not exposed to enough air and can receive a lot of sweat.

If the person has long hair it can complicate chest acne matters even more. The natural oils from the hair can leak down and accumulate on the chest amongst other things like bacteria and dead skin that ends up there as well. The way that the chest is not well exposed to air and is usually kept very warm leaves the pores open and susceptible to the intake and accumulation of this dirty matter. Your first question should be how to get rid of blackheads. Blackheads are usually what starts the pimple and makes it into a whitehead when it gets infected. Things you can do to take care of these and keep them from infecting are actually quite simple. If you notice a blackhead is starting to ache you can soothe it with ice. You should cut down on using hair oils and any cosmetics that are oily. As tempting as it is you should not put anything over these pimples to conceal them. Refrain from wearing tight clothing or upper wear and let as much air to the chest as possible. Sometimes it can have to do with diet and you should not eat much food that is greasy or high in fat. Use a cleanser that is special for the removal of black heads or a scrub so that it can exfoliate and moisturize your skin. Doing this at least twice daily from when you wake up and before you go to bed can assist greatly by cleaning the skin.

Choose preferably something with menthol or camphor in it because it does more to make the pores feel cool and keeps them closed keeping dirt out. Most importantly do not pick or squeeze at these because the contents with in have made a hollowing beneath that pore and if the contents are released or forced out it leaves a hollow cavity vulnerable to more dirt or microbes and it makes a big hole in the skin. The nails contain a big amount of dirt and can be a problem when they tear the skin and insert all the filth into it. You can use Isopropyl Alcohol to dry out these pimples but you should keep the skin moisturized as the alcohol dries the skin and other remedies may include lemon or any other type of fluid working as an astringent. Toothpaste can also help dry pimples out. Last but not least do not stress because that can cause more. Be proud of your skin and feel confident that by taking simple steps you can make it better.
