Everyone is busy in these times we live in. And I mean almost everyone. A sleep with proper sleep cycle occurrences are necessary no matter what age you’re in. But the most tragic thing nowadays is that; it’s thees kids who’re still growing up and their body needs the rests more than any time-frame in your life but thanks to video games and computers (well mostly internet) the time they go to bed and the amount are both in danger. If not taken seriously this matter can create some everlasting impressions in their lives (negatively) and usually what follows next could be some serious illness that are hard to get rid of.
Sleep cycle is a process that contains another two main aspects called REM and NREM. Although I won’t be giving any advanced information on the subject but will however give the basics which anyone use to get the a picture concerning the matter . As the term suggests it occurs once (followed by REM and NREM) and then it happens all over again few times during the night sleep (6-8 times). However since they’re some deep levels of states and when you’re in the NREM stage the Brain functions fully and makes sure to cut off almost all of your sensors to the outside world. This gives it the ultimate freedom to focus primarily upon repairing and helping the body to heal itself rather than having to worry about pumping high amount of blood to the Brain itself for activities such as thinking, body movements, etc.
So just because you sleep there is no guarantee that the cycles will occur in a continuity. Sometimes you can be at bed for hours but still without these stages the outcome could be something similar to this; even after all those hours of “sleep” in the morning you won’t feel energized or any both mental and physical refreshed feelings which helps so much and operates as a anti-depression mechanism. And for instance if you work as a manager levels, etc the it will most definitely effect your daily decision making and thinking patters, etc and resulting in low energy fields and adds more depression at the end of the day.
So make sure to prepare yourself mentally (especially) before going to bed with positive energies for instance. Although there are many ways of achieving that; I won’t be talking much about the methods but will give some tips nonetheless.
1. Use A Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock – Have you ever waked up forcefully (maybe a sound or any distraction) while you were sleeping and found out that it’s not even possible to get a hold of things until few minutes passes by. This happens when you’re waked up when having a deep state. To overcome this there are even such mentioned programs which make sure to measure the sleep stages and will wake you at the most appropriate moment.
2. No Drugs – Please avoid any types of drugs such as Alcohol and smoking which are both number the one enemy of your sleep.
3. Try to Attain a Calm State of mind – You can use especially made audios or any other calming down exercises. There are even hypnotism exercises but you should always get the profession advices in such cases.
