By performing an online search, or research in at a public library, you can quickly identify groups of fruits and vegetables which can be used to target certain ailments. For example, after a period of illness celery juice is an excellent way to retention electrolyte and mineral levels, and bring your energy levels back up to par in no time at all.

Alternatively, if you suffer from problems such as constipation, fresh carrot juice is an excellent way to alleviate this condition. The fibre in fresh juice is the best way to naturally remove toxins from the body, and bring your digestive system back into efficient operation.

So for you start taking expensive artificial supplements, why not try replacing your daily cup of coffee with a daily cup of fresh juice instead? You might be surprised at the results, and the extra energy you will gain.
